Each Account has an "Approval Status" field corresponding to the administrative status of your account within the Ad360 environment.
Note that the Ad360 team reserves its right to change the Approval Status of any account at any time, pursuant to the clauses of the Master Service Account governing your account, based on your account activity, status, and its billing events.
Some statuses may prevent your account to be fully functional.

The table below presents all possible values for the account Approval Status field.
Approval Status | Description |
Pending Approval | During the onboarding process, your account will be first set to Pending Approval. |
Approved | Upon completion of the onboarding process, your account Approval Status will be set to Approved, which will enable a normal use. |
On Hold | The account is temporarily un-accessible. This is the sign that there have been some issues with your account. We encourage you to contact your Ad360 account manager or the Ad360 support team to resolve the issues. |
Delinquent | Some administrative or billing issues have been detected. We urge you to quickly contact your Ad360 account manager or the Ad360 support team to resolve the issues. |
Credit Line Max | You have fully used the Credit Line assigned to your account. Your advertising campaigns won't be able to run until your lower your Credit Line usage amount. |
Closed | Your account has been closed and can no longer be accessed or used. |
