In the Ad360 App for Shopify, you can request Strategic Recommendations by clicking on the "Request Strategic Recommendations" button in the Getting Started page, in the Services section.

As part of your paying plan, you may have one or several Strategic Recommendations requests included. If you're not sure if you still have a Strategic Recommendation request available, please contact your Account Manager or email support@ad360.media.

Once we receive the Strategic Recommendation request, our team will get back to you in 24 hours at most and start the process.

The Strategic Recommendations consist in having our team of experts go through the whole business process with you, from the Shopify store setup, to your products feed management, your website and order process, to how you generate incoming traffic and sales through paid media.

The team will aim at identifying bottlenecks and sources of improvements throughout the process and give you actionable insights to take your business and sales to the next level.
