In the Ad360 App for Shopify, you can request Setup Services by clicking on the "Request Setup Services" button in the Getting Started page, in the Services section.

As part of your pricing plan, you may have one or several Setup Services requests included. If you're not sure if you still have a Setup Services request available, please contact your Account Manager or email support@ad360.media.

Once we receive the Setup Services request, our team will get back to you in 24 hours at most and start the process.

The Setup Services consist in helping you get up and running with your Google Ads or Facebook Ads, and connect these channels with your Shopify store. We also cover Google Analytics setup and implementation within your Shopify store.

Lastly, we can provide help to get your Smart Collections up and running in Shopify, to make your life easier in Ad360 App for Shopify.
